Mark E. Peterson is an attorney licensed in both California and Texas with experience focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and securities offerings. Mark has represented both public and private businesses, ranging from small startup businesses to large multinational corporations in many different industries. Mark worked early in his career for Baker & McKenzie, one of the biggest law firms in the world, with offices in countries around the globe. While at Baker & McKenzie, Mark focused on international mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and compliance, and multi-billion dollar corporate finance transactions. Mark returned to Sacramento in 2010 and eventually transitioned to work exclusively in the private equity and venture fund
area. Mark has a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University, and a J.D., Cum Laude, from the University of Michigan Law School.
